National Alliance For Eating Disorders

They offer low-cost, life-saving treatment and free, weekly, therapist-led support groups. Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders, better known as ANAD, is the leading non-profit in the United States that provides free, peer support services to those struggling with eating disorders. They answer general questions about eating disorders, refer people to treatments, and support those with eating disorders. ANAD is a peer-led service that can help educate, inform, and help those with eating disorders.
